Upstate cuisine rooted in food, wine & company
Seasonal upstate cooking on a NYS farm vineyard
At Fellows, our goal is to create a restaurant that feels deeply connected to Upstate New York, shaped by its seasons, farms, lakes, and the immigrant traditions that have long defined the region’s food culture. Inspired by the simplicity and rooted in comfort, we focus on thoughtful, seasonal food made with care and intention.
Fellows is meant to be a place that feels familiar yet exciting: a neighborhood restaurant rooted in community, where good food, good wine, and shared experiences bring people together around the table.
Bringing back
the turn-over club
Look down at your plate — it has a story. Every piece of china in our dining room is vintage Syracuse China, lovingly hunted down by our ownership team over the years.
Syracuse China was made right here in Central New York from 1871 until 2009, and it graced the tables of diners, hotels, and restaurants across the country. We think that's a fitting home for food that's just as proudly rooted in Upstate New York.
"From the soil it was grown on, to the hands that cooked it, to the plate it's served on — everything here is Upstate New York."
No two pieces are exactly alike. Take a peek at the stamp on the bottom, you might just find a little piece of local history staring back at you.
